State-Of-The-Art Facility and First Class Care
While you are on the go, your furry friends will be having the time of their lives! Not only do we offer a gorgeous 12,000-foot pet hotel, but we also have an additional 12,000 square feet outside, where we offer outdoor play yards and a swimming pool.
Not only do we have a state-of-the-art safety program that includes surveillance cameras, but we also have a superior air purification system and staff members on site 24 hours a day to make sure your pets are taken care of, no matter what time of day it is. And if you find it’s the middle of the night and you need to check on your pet, we have an after-hours line that you can call.
We know that the needs of every pet are different. That’s why we work with you to figure out the best choice for your pet’s unique needs. All food, treats, bedding, toys, and food bowls are provided during your dog’s stay.
Do you have a pet that is particular about what they eat? We’ve got that covered too! We provide fresh chicken or brown rice at no extra charge! Feedings are offered three times a day (unless instructed otherwise), and we encourage you to bring your pet’s own food so that they don’t end up having tummy issues by being switched to another type of food.
If your pets require medication, our staff can administer medications per prescription instructions (additional fees apply). Our staff has also been trained in handling animal emergencies and pet CPR. And if necessary, we also have an on-call veterinarian in case of emergencies.
Lodging Options
If you have multiple dogs who will be visiting, we can provide accommodations that allow your pets to stay together when boarding. Below you will find a description of each of our lodging options for your dogs during their stay.
Standard Lodging
Our standard lodging is an excellent option for young dogs, active dogs, or if private accommodations are necessary. Standard lodging rooms measurements depend on the size of your dog.
- Small: 3 ft x 6 ft
- Medium: 4 ft x 6 ft
- Large: 4 ft x 12 ft
- X-Large: 5 ft x 12 ft
Your pet will have privacy while still being able to see what is going on with their neighbors.
The standard lodging room includes the following:
- Raised flooring
- Hammock beds
- Blankets laid down every afternoon and washed daily
- 30 minutes of activity in the morning and afternoon
- Additional mid-day activity packages are available
- Boarding of multiple dogs from the same family is available
Bark Avenue Suites
Our Bark Avenue Suites are an updated version of the standard lodging rooms. Bark Avenue Suites are 6 ft x 6 ft (with two suites that are double-sized).
When guests stay in our Bark Avenue Suites, they will enjoy the same accommodations as the standard lodging with the following upgrades:
- Their choice of a full glass door so they can see their neighbors or a double-dutch door so they can stand up and look out
- TVs in the afternoon with dog movies
Cottage Lodging
From Paris to Italy, Las Vegas to Texas, our Cottage Lodging is the perfect choice for those dogs who want to experience the world! We have 14 newly decorated and furnished themed cottages. Your pet will enjoy their own little 8 ft x 8 ft piece of heaven. Guest will enjoy:
- Double-dutch doors where larger dogs can stand up and look out
- Luxury pet beds
- Private flat-screen TVs for afternoon movies
- An indoor courtyard in the center of all cottages
- Morning, afternoon, and late evening walks
Cottage lodging is an excellent option for older dogs, dogs recovering from surgery, or dogs who prefer a quieter, more private room. However, these rooms are not recommended for our more active guests.
Group VIP Lodging
If your furry friend is interested in a socialized group environment, this is the choice for them! Our trained staff members are present to ensure the socialization of your dog with their new friends. Dogs in our Group VIP Lodging will enjoy:
- 24/7 human/dog companionship with all-day group play in the Fun Zone
- A nightly slumber party
- A large bedroom is conveniently located down the hall should your pet want more space to relax with their new pals
- An option where they would not go out and play with the group, but they would still have human interaction all day long
